Overview

Registration and the registration fee payment for participation in the conference ISC 2010

What do you need to do to register for the conference:

1. Take the Registration form (site http://2010.spacewire-conference.org) fill it and send it by e-mail: syssoeva@aanet.ru, with a copy to int@aanet.ru (do not forget to mention your participation in the social program events). With the filled registration form send the scanned copy of pages of your passport with your photo and the passport number, issue and expiry dates.

2. Receive confirmation of your registration. Together with the confirmations you will receive the invoice with the details to pay the registration fee.

3. Pay the registration fee according to your registration and the invoice. Please take into account:

The registration fees are paid only in Euro!
Fees shall be transferred only by a bank transfer
Please do not forget to put in the payment documents:
- Your Last name, first name;
- the Invoice number;
- the text «Registration fee for participation in the international conference ISC 2010».
All bank commissions for the payment transfer should be paid by the payer.

5. After the payment transfer, please send the information (the number and date of the payment document) by e-mail to int@aanet.ru (to follow your transfer receipt).

6. Receive confirmation of payment receipt and your personal Invitation letter (required for visa application). Warning: Invitation letters are sent only after complete registration fee payment receipt.
